Known for her leadership, public speaking and writing abilities, Tehreem has a strong background in higher education, healthcare and non-profit sector. Her experience spans internal and external communication, executive messaging, reputation management and community engagement. She supports Peritus’ clients through media relations, crisis communication and stakeholder engagement.
Before Peritus, she worked as a media specialist at UAB, where she executed proactive and reactive media relations strategies, told stories across medicine and academia, media-trained subject matter experts and supported communications efforts during high-profile and crisis events.
Tehreem is an award-winning UAB Blazer with an MBA and a BA in communications and public relations.
Born and raised in Lahore, Pakistan, Tehreem is fluent in multiple languages and remains actively involved in her Birmingham community. Beyond PR, she is passionate about mentoring students and young professionals, helping them navigate admissions, career development and personal growth. She loves to travel, read, write and socialize with friends and family.
