The 2026 Legislative Guide is here!
The Alabama Legislature is underway for the 2026 session, and Peritus PR’s annual Alabama Legislative Session Guide is designed to help you understand what to expect.
Legislative sessions are unpredictable, shaped by shifting priorities, leadership signals and external pressures. Our guide draws on years of institutional insight, early session activity and perspectives from leaders across government, nonprofit, business and academia to identify where momentum is most likely — and where it may stall.
Whether you’re tracking policy closely or looking for a clearer picture of how the session may unfold, this guide offers context, patterns and perspective for navigating the 2026 session.
