Atlanta-based Third & Urban reached out to Peritus to help announce their transformation on The Denham Building in Birmingham’s up-and-coming Parkside district. Taking an unconventional media approach, our team seeded the Birmingham Business Journal and Bham Now with brief storylines teasing the building’s history, coordinating a larger feature opportunity once the name was announced. A series of individualized hard hat tours were offered to influential broadcast and digital influencers, maintaining momentum until leasing of the project officially opened.
